* An Outside Agent Rebate of 3% will be paid to approved outside agents who nominate buyers in writing 24 hours prior to sale, and settling within 7 days of sale. Approved agents are expected to be present at the sale and only introduce buyers who have not purchased from the sale individually within the last 3 years.
